Giggle Gear Clothing Company Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Giggle Gear Clothing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Giggle Gear will accept, for return, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
For a full refund, mail out your item within 10 days from the date you received it. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Items must be returned with all Giggle Gear Clothing Company tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or call our store at 250-748-4445.
